- The dealer controls or can recover the domain
- HTTPS, mobile behavior, accessibility, and page speed are tested
- Titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap, robots rules, and analytics are configurable
- Content, photos, and customer data have documented export and deletion terms
Inventory and shopper experience
- Vehicle creation and bulk import match the dealer’s source data
- Photos can be reordered and retain appropriate quality
- Price, mileage, equipment, location, availability, and disclosures are clear
- Sold and unavailable vehicles are handled without misleading shoppers
- Vehicle pages contain useful text and actions without obstructive overlays
Leads, providers, and proof
- Every form has an owner, notification path, fallback, and recorded source
- Email and text consent are separate and reviewable
- Finance forms avoid collecting sensitive identity or banking data unless an approved secure provider handles it
- Marketplace feeds and integrations are demonstrated live or clearly labeled as manual, draft, or approval-gated
- Reports connect traffic and leads to appointments and outcomes
