Founding Dealer Program is open. Get guided migration and launch support
Migration guarantee

Your current dealer site stays in place until the new launch checklist passes.

ProAutoSites does not ask a dealer to change DNS on hope alone. Inventory, lead routing, mobile pages, SSL, and priority redirects must be reviewed before the dealer approves cutover.

Target

7–10 business days to launch review

The target begins after required inventory, brand, domain, content, and lead-routing inputs are available.

Control

Dealer-approved cutover

The dealer’s current DNS destination stays unchanged until the agreed launch checklist passes and the dealer approves the switch.

Safety

72-hour launch watch

Launch-critical issues are corrected immediately or the previous DNS destination is restored with the dealer while the issue is resolved.

The guarantee

We will not request a production DNS cutover until the agreed inventory count and sample records, core pages, primary lead paths, mobile navigation, SSL readiness, and priority redirect map pass review and the dealer approves launch.

If a ProAutoSites-controlled launch-critical problem appears during the first 72 hours after cutover, we will begin corrective work immediately. When a prompt fix is not available, we will help restore the prior DNS destination while the issue is resolved.

Straightforward onboarding timeline

Target windowWork and exit condition
Days 1–2Kickoff: confirm domain control, inventory source, brand assets, priority URLs, lead owners, and responsibilities.
Days 2–5Migration: import inventory and photos, build core pages, map redirects, and configure lead paths.
Days 5–7Verification: compare vehicles and pricing, submit test leads, review mobile pages, and collect dealer corrections.
Days 7–10Launch: obtain approval, change DNS, verify SSL and redirects, submit a live lead, and begin the 72-hour watch.

What must be true before cutover

  • The agreed active-vehicle count is reconciled and sample prices, mileage, photos, status, and detail pages are reviewed
  • Primary call, availability, contact, finance-interest, trade-in, and appointment paths are tested as applicable
  • Domain ownership and authorized DNS access are confirmed without disrupting dealer email
  • Priority old URLs have an agreed destination and the canonical HTTPS host is ready
  • Mobile navigation, inventory discovery, vehicle pages, forms, privacy links, and visible contact details are reviewed
  • The dealership names the person who can give final launch approval

Dependencies and exclusions

The 7–10 business-day target pauses when required exports, assets, approvals, domain access, email decisions, or third-party provider work are unavailable. Custom development, unusually large or damaged exports, registrar disputes, third-party outages, marketplace certification, and content outside the agreed scope can require a revised written timeline.

The guarantee covers the ProAutoSites migration and cutover process. It does not promise uninterrupted performance from registrars, DNS resolvers, email providers, inventory vendors, finance providers, advertising platforms, search engines, or other third parties. It also does not guarantee rankings, traffic, lead volume, or sales.

What happens after the first 72 hours

We continue monitoring normal website health and support issues through the applicable plan. The dealer should keep testing real operational paths and report stale inventory, delivery failures, or third-party changes as soon as they are observed.
